AP Task Force For Gates Foundation MoU

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Government has set up a task force for implementation of MoU signed with Gates Foundation (GF). GF is a US-based organisation focusing on advancing critical innovations in health and nutrition to combat diseases, on enhancing livelihoods, promoting women empowerment, expanding financial access and supporting agricultural development based on the principle that every life holds equal value.

The task force named Andhra Pradesh--Gates Foundation Task Force will have IT Secretary, Special Chief Secretary, Agriculture, HRD Secretary, GAD Secretary, Health Commissioner, RTGS (Real-Time Governance) CEO and Director of Grama & Ward Sachivalayams as members along with others. The IT Special Secretary will be the member-secretary. There will be mini task forces domain-wise.
